Iittala needs to redesign its posting process!

I recently ordered some Iittala products from their online shopping site. I bought some of my favouite Iittala products; Kivis and some nice glassware. However one of the items I purchased was missing when the package arrived. :(

I went the next day to the flagship Iittala store on Esplande and explained the situation. Iittala is about the only chain in this entire city that actually suprises me when it comes to customer service and relationship management. I really think the Finnish Universities must have left CRM out of the circulum because not many stores or companies in Helsinki actually have good service or seem to want to make a good impression.

But giving credit where its due, the nice and helpful lady at Iittala told me my missing item would be on its way within a couple of days and it would post it to me. The pic above shows the parcel which my missing item arrived in. Check the picture below, to see what exactly was missing. Be Amazed! Iittala needs to look at its posting and packaging process.
